Time to change the manual trans fluid. Are there any differences between using factory Honda oil vs. Redline's ?

Yes. Redline is more expensive.

I've tried them all - synthetic motor oil, Redline MTL, and Honda MTF. I noticed no difference in performance. Based on numerous recommendations from the folks who know best, I've decided to stick with the Honda MTF.

I had my tranny flushed this summer after I bought the car it had 77,000 miles on it and I'm sure that this was not done by the previous owners. The Acura Dealership that serviced my NSX said they like Redline products so I opted for MTL for a couple extra bucks who cares. I did notice when shifting it was much smoother but that could be the old fluid was quite dirty and nasty.

I also used Redline in the trans and noticed improved cold shifting. Im sure the OEM stuff is also great.
