Tracking hook cover?

On the front bumper on my stock black 1991, on the left side as you face the car, is a hole that opens to a hook, maybe called a tracking hook, tie down, whatever. All I know is that there is a hole in my bumper that needs a black cover. Anybody know what I'm takling about ann have one? Thanks.

This is one of the few body parts that you can buy and comes already painted. It's illustrated as number 6 in the diagram of the front bumper below. The part number for a Berlina Black one is 71107-SL0-000ZB. You can buy it for $31.87 from Delray Acura.
