I have over 10,000 actual track miles on my NSX.  I have replaced ball joints once and one wheel bearing, but both also occur for cars that are only driven on the street, so it's impossible to tell whether they are related to the track use or not.  Other than that, I've had to replace "consumables" (tires, brake pads, brake rotors) but that's it, no other problems.

Nothing should break on a well-maintained car.

Fresh brake fluid (and using a higher-temperature fluid like Motul RBF 600 would be a good idea too).  Other than that, just the things in the section that Ryan mentioned.

Oh, and just for your information - your posts are very difficult to read with those chat room abbreviations like the letter "u" instead of the word "you".  I realize that they are popular these days; my 8-year-old nephew uses them when e-chatting with his classmates.  But it helps to get your points across if you use real English, without the distraction of the abbreviations.
