There is still time to sign up if you want to run in novice or advanced street groups. See www.proautosports.com.

This will give you a chance to practice on the track that will be used for NSXPO. For a description of firebird main track see this thread Firebird Road Course?

Myself and Chad Burgueno will be there with black NSXs on Saturday the 5th. I know some others were thinking of showing on Friday or Sunday. Feel free to come hang out and introduce yourself.

If you own a modded NSX that you think can beat a vette on the track...Bring it! They have been stomping us badly but we have carried on like men.

Hi Frank,

I'm going to try to be there with my car. The 5th is my birthday so bring a cake.

Hi Frank,

Hopefully more NSX's will be showing up for the event, good warmup for NSXPO later in the year.

I'm all packed up to hit Willow Springs this weekend with some SoCal NSX guys, and Firebird next weekend, looking forward to see how Firebird compares with other tracks. Running both Friday and Saturday, so I should be familiar with the track by the time that I get to run with you guys :)

Hmm... I wonder what kind of times those Vettes are posting..

See you next weekend

I believe they have 3 to 4 seconds on me in my stocker...an eternity in road racing I am afraid.

Update on my schedule...

We tried to drive to Telluride, Colorado today and had to turn back from the snowstorm. I still had good traction in the ML320 but we were stopped for 4 hours about 40 miles from Flagstaff without moving. WE heard it was solid wrecks aheads of us so we finally bailed and drove back home. We are going to try again Wednesday so I wont be back in town until Saturday night.

So for those who wanted a Sunday race partner...I am it! I hope this late shuffle does not throw everyone off. I will see whoever is there on Sunday.

Damn I'd love to meet you guys but I've got to go for dim sum ;)

Lol, Dim Sum on Friday, Saturday and Sunday? (just kidding)

Seriously, if you want to apply what you learned at the Bondurant School you are better off not waiting too long before you get back on the track.

I know, I really need to get back on the track.

I have tentative meetings in Vegas that weekend. If I am available here then I will definitely make it, but right now it looks doubtful.
