Sounds like this may be about the last good track event before it starts to really get hot this summer.
The Porsche Club is putting it on, but a limited number of non-Porsches can attend as well:

There is no newbie group apparently. They want all participants to have a minimum of 6 Autocross' or 4 Autocross' and a drivers school.
