Tow Hook cover on 2002 and newer

I picked up my 2004 NSX a few weeks ago and the dealer had to order me a new tow hook cover because it was missing when the car came off the truck. It came in, I put it on, it fit loose and I played around with it but it never fit snugly. I looked at the car the other day and it has already come off.

Is anyone else having a problem with loose-fitting covers on 2002+? Hopefully mine is the only one.
