I got some touch up paint from goodson while at NSXPO and I tried to put a little on yesterday. After letting it dry, it doesnt match at all. It is grand prix white (as is my car), but it really stands out. Any tips?

How does it stand out? Is the color off? Grand Prix White is supposed to be a "true white", not any kind of off white. Or are you just saying that the outlines are visible?
White varies quite a bit. You may wish to ask your body shop for a sample of the paint your body shop used, the tint may be different. When applying the touch up paint, slowly build up very thin layers to let the paint absorb and dry vs. laying out one blob.
Use a toothpick to apply very minute amounts, let it dry completely, buff and then go again. This method takes a long time, but it is worth the results. I have used this successfully on a Tafetta White GS-R and my Pearl White RSX.
