Nick,

I was debatting painting the roof on my red 92 and once I saw yours it was a done deal. Looks sweet nice to that bad-ass zanardi!!

Is that Zanardi on its stock suspension?

Yes, it's the stock Zanardi suspension.
Actually, the car is pretty much stock with a few changes (i.e.
1) Michilen Pilots - to be changed out as soon as I rub it few more times ...
2) PIAA superwhites on the driving lights
)

It was nice meeting up with Nick and going on a spirited drive ...

Never too much or red or in matter of fact ... too many NSXers!!!

Richard

Always love seeing a nice Zanardi NSX.....

Nicholas

Can you comment on the 2 red (FR / NFR) ? I'm still trying to decide which red to repaint my car with..

From the pictures the 91 looks a lot brighter.

they are both formula red. in person the 2 cars look identical in color. for some reason it looks different in the pictures.

interesting.. I always thought that the Zanardi came in New formula red.

sorry... you may be correct. I never knew about "new formula red". I thought NFR was referring to NON FR. I didn't notice a difference in color when the two cars were side by side. but then again... i wasn't really paying attention.

Nick, I thought you had fallen off the face of Prime. You change NSX's as often as most change their underwear. Have you actually had one long enough to drive it?

As for paint codes:
1) Formula Red (color code R-77), stock red for 1991 to 1999 NSXs.
2) New Formula Red (color code R-510), stock red for Zanardi editions and all 2000 to present NSXs.

The pictures Nick took somehow show a significant difference in reds. In person, the shades of red are hard to tell apart.

In either case, they are two too red SCREAMIN' NSXs!

I like the non Zanardi better, alot better based on those pics.---

I agree, they dont do much for me for the price they are going for.... and i think the 91 looks mucchhhh better, no offense to the zanardi owner. to each his own

Just keep in mind the 91 in the photo is not factory stock. It has after-market skirt/ground effects, along with the hood.

A stock 91 may look very similar to the Zanardi, both of which I love very much. :)
