After a recent track event I noticed a rear tire had shifted about 1.5 inches on the wheel rim. It moved rearward, as if acceleration had caused the tire to shift. Anyone had this experience before?? Tires are Toyo Proxes TS-1 on 17" TSW wheels.

It has happened to me too; I have no clue if it is a big deal or not. You might try breaking the tire off the bead and cleaning out the soapy solution the tire store uses to mount the tire. I didn't do anything and it quit happening after awhile.
