I would go with 215/35R18 and 275/30R19

Yup, but that's not exactly what he recommends. I'd go with 215/35-18 in front. In the rear, 265/30-19 on a '94-05 NSX, and 275/30-19 on a '91-93. These are the best sizes for handling and for the TCS. Which is probably why angus recommends ALL THREE of these sizes.
The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric is the best tire available in these sizes. Note that if you buy them at the Tire Rack, you have look up the front tires and put them into your cart separately from the rear tires, because they have different speed ratings. (Don't worry, both speed ratings are even higher than that of the stock NSX tires, so that's not a problem.)

Only if you like your front tires to rub. Otherwise, stick with 215/35-18 front, and 275/30-19 rear on a '91-93 NSX, 265/30-19 on a '94-05.

You WILL rub with 225/35/18 and 18x8.5 is NOT optimal but can be made to work.
Most 265/30-19 tires are approved for mounting on wheels 9.0-10.0 inches wide, just like most 275/30-19 tires are, so mounting them on a 19x10 rim should be fine.
265 is not that much of a stretch on 10" width wheel... IMO.. pics to follow on Friday. 
Depending on how low you are... 225 35 18 front will more than likely rub. My car has been very low on Tein RA's for quite some time and with some wheel well mods they do not rub.

Falken 451s in 275/30/19 on a 19x10 wheel
Kumho SPT in 275/30/19 on a 19x10 wheel
In my experience, a 275/30/19 is the safest and the least stretched. I would recommend the 265 more for a 9.5" wheel, of course, based only on my experience. . .

Has anyone ran 285/35/19 on the rears?
I doubt it; the outer diameter on that size is 8 percent (about two full inches) larger than stock, and you'll have problems with the TCS when used with any front size that fits without rubbing.
I have found that (as Adrian's pics prove) the difference between 265/30/19 and 275/30/19 cannot be determined by reading spec sheets.
Some 265's are wider and taller than other 275's
Some 275's are narrower than even other 255's
I have measures so many tires and found that it comes down to what makes you feel "right"
How about if your 265/30/19 is actually taller than another 275? Then is you TCS ratio going to be "correct"?
