Wow, busy track. Not many straights to stretch the car's legs.

I need more seat time on wet. Last event I had one dry session, and two wet sessions. Fun but nerve-wracking, especially as it was raining more heavily on one part of the track than others, then started drying out, then started raining again.

Sure teaches really, really, smooth inputs.

Firebird West is more like a go kart track. 1.1 miles, 11 tight turns with a 3/8 mile straightaway.

It's a tough track to be fast on even when it's dry, wet is a total challenge for sure.

You bet, everything has to be even smoother when any track is wet, braking, turn ins and accelerations.

It's great practice.

I sure was happy I had full tread NT01s that day.

Everyone was sliding around in session one! Tons of sideways NSX through turn 3 caught on film lol

I completely agree, I used love the beginning of the season in Norcal because it would always rain at Thunderhill and along with the fact that I just really have a blast driving in the rain, a lot of people decline to go when the weather turns wet and that means more open track to practice.

Fierce battles being had on wet

Car sounds great! What camera are you recording with? My GoPro doesn't look nearly that good nor can I capture audio that nicely...

Thanks...Go Pro Hero. set on R5 Full HD 1080p, Spot meter, Open back case and mounted on the firewall back window.

What settings do you have yours on ?

I believe on R5.. atleast that's what the tiny display says on my GoPro HD. However, I've been using the closed case...

Spot metering? Didn't know I could do that - guess I should pull out the directions again. LOL!
