Not only is it highly illegal in pretty much all states, but it's pretty dangerous as well. If he ever gets into an accident, he would be probably blamed due to the tint on the front windshield.Thought I had seen it all, LOL... I wonder who the dufus tint installer is that agreed to install 35% on the front windshield.
