Just did the timing belt service. Instead of using the OEM t-belt my friend ordered Gates Power Grip t-belt. I don't know much about this timing belt except that this one is made for NSX.

I don't know much about them either. However, when/if I ever get my car running again and the t-belt does get changed, I'm going to stick with the OEM one. Maybe a few $$ more but I feel better with it. If something else was better I imagine Acura would've used it to start with.

Power grip timing belt

Designed to handle a wide speed range and constant, synchronous drive power requirement common to overhead camshaft applications. Strong , fiberglass tensile cords provide increased flexibility and resistance to elongation. Precision-formed teeth provide positive engagement with the mating grooves on the sprocket and reduce noise level.

;)

Thanks NSX G-Force. Are you using one as well?
