timing belt replacement in LA/OC area

I recently moved to Socal and I would like to have my timing belt and water pump replaced on my 95 NSX-T. Does anyone know any reputable dealership or shop in LA or Orange county that does a lot of work on the NSXs?
What is the cost cost for the timing belt replacement?
I have read in the forum that someone has mentioned the Autowave in Huntington Beach. Any comments?

It's through a car repair network, however, so they might bill him for a 'lead' if you use that number to call.

Hi Marv and welcome to S. CA.

I've had work done on my NSX at Autowave as well as Cerritos Acura (John Martin). Ramon maintained my car for the previous owner.

I highly recommend John Martin and/or Shane. They're both going to be slightly more expensive than Ramon but sometimes you get what you pay for. No disrespect to Ramon, but that's my personal opinion. Many, many others here on this board are very happy with Ramon as well.

Do yourself a favor and check out the FAQ section of this board and use the search feature here. There's a lot of great information and topics like this have been discussed many, many times.

There are several great shops in Southern Cal, you can very much trust every shop mentioned above.

I highly recommend:

Autowave (866) 528-6533 . Attention to detail, expect absolutely no less than perfection, great group of people.

I have had my car serviced at both locations, and prefer Niguel Motors, regardless of price. Both Ramon and Tom own nsx's, they have a great deal of experience with these cars, and when you want to have a service done they do not tell you to come back in a month.

I recommend Jon Martin at Cerritos Acura.

Everyone has their own preference......the guys at autowave are really cool also.

But I would say Jon Martin has the most experience on the car as he is also an nsx owner/ who also designed the 3.8L stroker motor sold by SOS.

I've had personal experiences with Ramon and Jon taking care of my car. Both have bent over backwards for me without even me having to ask. Though I can't say anything for Autowave, I'm sure that whomever you take your car to, you can expect top-notch service.

I'm just REALLY glad that we have choices like these here in s. cali.
