I haven't tried the Toda...but...
It's kind of a strange thing. Since most people who change their belts regularly don't have failures anyway, it's going to be hard to really evaluate the usefulness of this upgrade.
It's like comparing quality engine oils, I'm afraid. No one, who maintains their car reasonably well and uses a good quality oil isn't going to have an oil-related failure.
Since there's not a lot of test data (read people who have used them) on the NSX Toda belts, it's going to be hard to say if they're worthwhile.
I'd probably stay with the tried and true stock belts. Unless, I had seriously modded engine with radical cams and used heavier springs on my valves. Then, I might consider the Toda.
