Time trial event awhile ago..

And as I refer back to my first statement... I was just happy for the place.. not the 'trophy girls'... :tongue:

Overall a good event, the red nsx (if you didn't know) was Mike Fitzpatrick (same one who took first in class at 1 lap a few years ago).

Results were that we both took first in class. Me in TTB and Mike in TTU...

When was this? Was it at Summit? I was at Summit this weekend (Sunday) watching some of the NASA races.

I thought TTU was supposed to be the faster class, did you pass the class winner of a faster class? You should get a bonus girl for that, one that is actually hott.

No... i never actually passed him. At a certain point Mike and I were just playing around with drafts and slingshoting each other through corners... :tongue:

Gotcha. I was gonna be impresed if you did. This is the same Mike that runs NASA on the West Coast right? He does time trials and his son runs the race group? I heard the car was making 550HP to the wheels or something along those lines.

I watched that car seriously spank a 360 Challenge, American Iron Mustang and some little formula car at Willow Springs.

FYI, Mike Allen is *not* the guy on the NSX on the pictures. IE Not the same NSX.

Yes there were some very slow rental cars out there, some people trying to get event points for the nationals.
Look 2 cars further back, and yes we had just passed all of them then the BMW lost it braking into turn 1

By the way
Xavier took first in class both days, as did I.
We were also 1-2 overall.
It wasnt a big turnout, but we had fun playing drafting games.
I will try to post more pictures tomorrow.

its SPR, from pit out/start finish to turn one is all down hill.

Mike/John,

OMG those are just amazing pictures (ok I'm sure someone on the BMW forums doesn't think so) but regardless that's going to be my wallpaper this month!
