I was just watching the Monaco qualifying on SPEED and they mentioned that any ticket purchased will include a free Thursday morning pit lane walk around. That is not to missed!!! It could be one of the high points of the entire weekend IMO. It should be an opportunity to see F1 cars close up and watch the teams set up the garages. This will address one of the biggest complaints about F1 from a fan (mine at least) standpoint - that it is almost impossible see any of the current cars or stars up close. I don't remember this being offered even on a paying basis at any GP in a long time.

At this point since I'm busy pontificating about F1 here is some more;

The SPEED F1 reporters are the best; I just wish they would takes Hobbsie's muzzle off. I used to love it when Prost was the " Little Frog " and Schumacher was the " Dreaded Hun. " His comments about current state of camaraderie in the William's team were priceless - even got a chuckle out of Varsha.

Button's going to win that thing tomorrow and the Indy 500 winner in a week will have a HONDA pushing him along - Our beloved marque will be back where it belongs!!!

FYI, last year they had pit walk for USGP, and this year, the N. America leg of F1 has pit lane walk. montreal just had it last week, and this thursday indy will have it. i'm going :D

theres a thread about the USGP and who will be attending. go check that out.
