Compression test is a good thing to do. The stock oil pressure gauge is not totally reliable. But what did it read when driving ? I would also try to recharge the AC and see if it works and keeps on working during some days.What I do not like on this car is the condition of the outside rubbers (windshield, hood, lights, ...) that seems cracked as if the car stood outside for a long time. Otherwise, it (just) need a deep cleaning.You would have to replace these rubbers, tires, all liquids and filters (brakes, clutch, transmission, motor) and timing belt + water pump. So expect 5 k$ to make it "clean".
