I wonder if Kim Jong-Il's son ever leaves N. Korea.  You know, to hang out in Switzerland where he went to boarding school, or to Ibiza like any single eligible dictator-to-be would do?  If so, have the CIA kidnap the young chap and THEN start the negotiations...  Or maybe just a few precisely targeted Bunker Busters into Kim Jong-Il's headquarters (if that's known) and let the country fall into a disarray.
