This is weird.......

around 3500rpm, second gear, when I accelerate the back end starts vibrating, and the rpms stutter while its vibrating, but i still make it through. It just started doing this, and its does it on and off.....

I also have a broken mount off the tranny case and bell housing, prior to this vibrating, but could it be that now it starts actin up?

A broken mount is going to put additional stress on the ones that are still good possibly leading to them failing as well. Take your car to a tech as soon as possible.

Just have a look if the engine/gearbox is still in the engine bay. No serious: Get the broken mount repaired.
