Hi, I got my Taitec rail and my recaro (SPG)seat for a while. I'm having tremendous problem that the seat rail from time to time, have some squeaky (or creaky) noise came out, especially I going over irregular roads (which almost every road is with my Tein RA :) )and when I clutch-in.

I couldn't seem to find the problem, I thought it was the seat at first but after careful examination, my seat is tight so there's no movement allowing it to make noise. I'm pretty much think it's the rail, anyone have similar problem and if you know there's anyway to fix it?

I'm having problem to determine it cuz it doesn't reproduce the noise everytime, I should say sometime it went away completely during my drive. Without putting my weight on it, I couldn't reproduce the noise either...

Please help.

Since this is a DIY session, I'll post an answer for my own question

I went to my local auto shop and pick up some lithuim grease, slide the seat back wards (and forwards) and then apply some grease to that. Ta DA, No more noise. I'm so happy that I fix something on my own!!! To be honest, my co-worker gave me that piece of advise.. He's Cool...

Can't believe that I have been annoyed by this problem for months and it only takes less than 2 minutes to fix it.
