Yet another post from the MR2 board, the 1994 Lister Corvette? They claim it's for real (it looks like one of those "Car & Driver" calendar pics) with the following caption:

Perhaps because of the ease with which fiberglass can be reshaped, molded, and produced, the Corvette and its fiberglass body are a favorite for customizers. This Lister Vette, with its throwback creased fenders, is definitely one of the prettiest.

My first thought was that it looks like a Corvette-Jaguar mating gone awry. "One of the prettiest"? Something only its mother (creator) could say.
