No. I am pretty sure Comptech is in talks with several companies to buy the entire operation, rights, etc. They are not going to have a fire sale, I don't think they are going to liquidate everything. Soon we will probably here an announcement. I know of one company at least that is negotiating with them.

I think there will be. I don't have any concrete evidence, but have heard from someone very close to Comptech. Some negotiations are happening.
