How different is this from the set that DR sells? I don't recall needing to use spacers for the DR set and I'm pretty sure they fit without issues. Did you get different offsets and widths maybe?

Uhhh ... nice pics, but looks like you need some spacers

Getting spacers will push the wheels out even further, which I really don't want. So unfortunately the only route I'm willing to take is to either grind the caliper bracket down a bit more or get the 97+ rotor conversion.

I really don't know to be honest with you. This was the offset recommended to me by Discount Tire Direct. I'd imagine a higher offset in the rear wheels won't have as much of the concave look as with this offset. I really like this look and have no problem shaving off a bit of material to make it fit nicely. I'm pretty sure that these wheels would bolt on to a 97+ without any of the clearance issues that my 91 has.

How do you like your Falken tires?
So far so good. Immediately I could tell a difference in steering response and feel over the OEM 15/16's with the Hankook RS2's(which were supposed to be a great autox tire). I'm guessing that's due to the smaller sidewall. As far as dry acceleration traction goes it feels about the same.
