For those who don't know what I'm talking about...

Some thoughts/questions on their ramblings;

1. On item #20, the first thing he says is to remove and plug the EGR. Has anyone done this on a street car? How would one go about "plugging" it, as it's (2) square-shaped holes?

2. On item #27, has anyone used either the thinner 3.2L head gasket or a Cometic gasket to increase compression on a 3.0L? My first thought/concern is that the 3.0L has a 90 mm bore, vs. the 93 mm bore of the 3.2L - wouldn't there be a fitment issue? With respect to his comment on "more ECU adjustability" - I'm assuming he's referring to being able to pull back ignition timing due to the increase in compression?

3. On item #28, has anyone swapped the 3.2L cylinder heads, or at the very least, the 3.2L intake valves (36 mm) on the 3.0L cylinder heads? How much (piston-to-valve) clearance does this leave one with?

As a follow up to item #28, wouldn't the combustion chambers on the 3.2L be inherently bigger in order to match the larger bore as well as accommodate the larger intake valves?

I'm thinking that simply taking some 3.2L heads and bolting them onto the 3.0L block is not *that* cut-and-dry.
