It looks like the Acura RLX has had a secure valet mode since 2013, the C7 corvette has had an awesome valet mode + data logger + dash cam since 2015, but the new 2017 NSX doesn't appear to have a valet mode, nor a secure mode to lock out launch mode.
WTF Honda?? I'm very disappointed about this issue. The NSX will need to be taken in for detail, service, etc. Unless you do 100% of the work yourself (impossible), it's not comforting to know that there's no valet mode or any sort of telemetry tracking to ensure it doesn't end up like this NSX.
How can the RLX have a Valet Mode but the NSX not have it?? This is just crazy. Can we send some feedback to Acura about this, and see if they can map a Valet function into the car and update it, like what Tesla does with over the air updates?
