THE GREAT NSX HUNT

I am embarking on the great cross country NSX hunt. I have owned many sportscars (6 RX"7, 2 MR2's, 1 Boxster, 1 SLK230 and 1 SC300)but have never been as excited as I am about my next car. I have been looking for about 2 months now and have found a 92 Black w/ black leather w/ 55.6K miles. The car was checked out by the local Acura dealer. They gave it 2 thumbs up. The snap ring potential problem has been dealt with. The current owner has accepted my offer of $31K. Am I getting a great deal or a good deal? Any input before I purchase the car would be greatly appreciated.

Has your '92 been serviced by the Acura dealer all along?
