One of the funniest things I have ever come across. :D

The dancing puts icing on the cake!!!

I mean come on, if you're gonna be on live TV, be prepared for mistakes and have the professionalism to correct as needed.

She is a joke.

I just heard on the radio she did an interview in a magazine a couple months ago. She talked about how offended she was by people lipsinking and that she would never do it. Hmm.... OWNED.

She is no where near as talented as her sister and she is also not very nice to look at.

I would not want to be her. And as embarrassing as that is, you almost have to feel bad for her. My parents aways always got on me for having 1 less A on my report card compared to my sister. Can you imagine having a popular famous sister?

Having said that: HAHAHA I was cracking up :D

Don't hold back now! :D

Just another phony no-talent poser being exposed for what she (and most others in the "entertainment" business) really is. Too bad they can't all be outed like this - in such an obvious way that there is no possibility of covering it up or glossing it over. I didn't watch it live (or almost live), but I damn sure busted a gut laughing when I saw the video replay :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Wait, don't a good portion of SNL performers lip sync? Or is the joke that she got caught lip syncing after saying she would never do it? I remember watching Brit...ahem, a some female performer, and she definitely looked like she was lip syncing. I also remember watching Jennifer Lo...ahem, another female performer, and she definitely needed to lip sync.

In any event, poor bird. Her career is probably going to nose dive.

haha, that was pretty hilarious, but considering most of her fans are teenage girls I doubt they're gonna really care that she lip syncs. I doubt a whole lot of them even watch SNL.

So, while flipping channels, just happened to catch her interview last night on the RMA, when asked about her SNL appearance, her exact response was "Well, you know, it's one of those things.., " :D

from my buddy kyle in NYC

kyle - I live on the set of Law and Order says:

kyle - I live on the set of Law and Order says:
nobody is suppose to lipsync on live tv though it was reallly hush hush

Pathetic! What an moron! It offends me as a musician to see all these studio fabricated no talent losers taking the easy road. Lip synching is the most "jumped the shark" thing that an artist can do. I mean really, on SNL you only have a total of 5 minutes of singing. There is no need to fake it whether it be illness or whatever, unless the label knows you are no good to begin with or studio produced.

If you ask me, if she really had acid reflux like she claimed and could barely talk, then why was her speech so effortless in the end when she was blaming everything on her band playing the wrong song. I have to see the instrument that reproduces the sound of a vocal track if it was the band's fault. "Everybody does it" she says, yeah everybody who sucks.

Could you imagine U2, the Rolling Stones, or Bruce Springsteen ever lip synching?

Sorry for the rant, but that just gets under my skin.

you didn't read my msn message...the drummer did screw it up..by playing the wrong vocal track that he was timing his drum to...

edit: she's still lame

personally... I don't see it as a big deal. Everyone does it at some point. It just happened a technical problem happened. Oh well, hate on her if u must... but it's best she plays a good recording of herself rather than stinking up the place cuz something's wrong and she can't sing....

LOL

I don't hate anyone. I find it hysterical that someone with no talent goofed up on national TV, in spite of the marketing machine behind her that is largely due to her more famous sister.

:D :D

Psych evaluation?!?

Ashlee Simpson resurfaces, this time drunk (drugged?) and verbally offensive at a McD'z in Toronto, Canada! :frown:

Ashlee Simpson acting odd in McDonalds' in Toronto Canada

(you have to let about 90seconds of intro. pass before her bit comes on)

Ok, who buys her music? Who goes to her concert? I have yet to find ONE individual I know or am acquainted w/ that keeps the Ashee-juggernaut going!?!

Ha! You must be Asian. In any case, I know what you mean. :(

What is funny is my brother was a valedictorian and I was a "c" student. I never went to class and I was only concerned with getting the piece of paper. I am 34 now but I am semi retired. I manage my own real estate portfolio of homes. Other than that I wake up at noon or later everyday.
