I purchased a 1997 NSX a few weeks ago in Phoenix and had Mark Basch service the car for the first time. I can say I have never received such service from a mechanic shop. The technician who changed the oil Tom was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Mark's team. I also had a chance to meet Chris at SOS and I can tell you from first impressions I will have them not only service my car, but I plan to purchase some mods from Chris at SOS.
One more thing I called Mark on the phone within the first week after I purchased the car because my EPS light came on. He didn't even know who I was but spent the time to look up a problem that I had with the EPS on ACURA'S website at 6:30pm. It turned out to be a problem that Acura is going to fix for free.
I have had best help since buying my NSX with NSX Prime Members, Mark and Chris.
