I just bought a set of RAs from a forum member and I am most likely going to get them rebuild since one strut is leaking. Should I just revalve the back pair since one of those are leaking so it would be 10kg front and rear or should I spend the money to get the whole set revalved to the type-r rates of 8F/6R?

I have 8/6 on my MCS setup and it's firm, but comfortable. I say go for it.

I'm on 10/8 in NE Pa and with the Ohlins very streetable..

Would it be worth it to get type-r springs or should I just go for Swift?

IIRC, the Tein RA have an OEM top hat/spring fitment, so you'd need to have Tein also modify the top hat arrangement to fit the swift springs. @docjohn's Ohlins and my MCS are setup for race coilover springs like the Swift. Tein may have their own springs that will fit the RA without modification in your desired rates...
