TEIN EDFC electronic dampening force controler for the nsx?

Why doesnt this work for the TEIN coilovers for the nsx??

The control boxes won't fit under the hood, as they sit on top of the dampers.

do they have to be on the top of the coilovers?

I thought I read somewhere that this was going to be available for the NSX later in the year...

hi, the reason it doesn't fit is because the upper mount and where you adjust the dampening is designed differently then of the FLEX, which uses the EDFC.

Later this year, Tein is coming out with the FLEX system with EDFC for the NSX. Measurements are already done from the japan spec NSX, but they are waiting for the arrival for the Prototype, to test it out. (revalving, different spring rates..etc..)

Another question would be does this system only control dampening and not right height?

Being able to adjust ride height within the car would be great!
