Tcs Off,stopped Working

NEED HELP!Failed NJ State vehicle inspection.Because
the TCS OFF did not work. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW.
Were is the 20 & 12 point TCS control unit connectors.
And how do I get to them.I also need proceedger for
getting to the TCS SWITCH &TCS SWITCH LIGHT to check
or replace if needed THANKS:OSCAR
CAR really looks bad with that failed inspection sticker

Just to get through the emission test pull fuse #16 in the main fuse box. I am not sure which connectors you what to get to but you will find 20 and 12 pin connectors that are on TCS controller and are located on the bulk head behind the drivers seat.
