Check TCS sections 19-74 through 19-138 in the on-line service manual. Everything you ever wanted to know about the TCS is there.On page 19-84, it states that a 5-1 code is related to " abnormal fail-safe relay, throttle actuator, or throttle body" and it spells out the related components.
