Just completed a Zex nitrous install. Problem is, everytime the system is armed the TCS fault light illuminates. Even after turning the arming switch off the car will continue to run lean until reseting by turning the car off and then back on again. Any suggestions.

Do you mean CEL check engine light? If you are talking about a CEL then you need to get the code. If you are getting a cell by just arming the system then you will have to look into how it is conected. Can you give more details on how the ZEX system is set up.

Raven,
Please answer these questions:
1. wet or dry and what shot. important....

2. sure you connected the TPS wires correctly

3. have you dynoed before street use AKA setup system and directly after dyno in the best jetting for A/F (yes I know its impossible via ZEX to run lean with their system  ,also with the system off it should have no bearing on a lean condition
4. how do you know its running lean?did you pull codes off the tcs light. you will get codes even though no cel was thrown. are you running an a/f gauge, pressure(fuel), what bank is lean?
5. incorrectly tapping the TPS setup can cause TCS errors, unplug it and do without if you are gonna spray. anyway this is a start, are you using the zex warmer (bottle) and what plugs.should check all this other stuff while were at it.post back and I will be able to help you BTW DO NOT SPRAY UNTIL IT GETS SORTED OUT! dont freak about it either, probably something simple you missed during install, you will sort it out.
