TCS activation after battery change

Changed a dead battery then notice TCS message when accelerating with "limp mode". Speedometer does work normally. I had replaced a speed sensor 8 yrs ago. At that time speedometer would drop to 0 while driving. No speedometer issues this time. If I disengage TCS , car drives normally. 1991 NSX with 60 K miles. automatic. No recent tires changes. Thanks for any help.

Try removing the clock fuse in the front engine bay.. Hold the brake pedal to remove any leftover current...
First step to see if that fixes anything

No luck with removing clock fuse and applying brake pedal. Still runs perfectly normal if I disable TCS.

Well after 24 hrs it has self corrected.
