Tarox brakes

Quick question, while Tarox brakes just barely fit behind the 16" OEM front 7-spoke wheels, do they fit behind the OEM spare?

Are they the 6-piston fronts? I'm interested to know if the fit inside 17' SSR Integrals. Anyone know?
