Targa Chassis flex, any solutions?

Hey all, Ive been tinkering with my newly purchased 95 Targa(but with 100,000 miles), getting it ready for the big unveiling(it should be big anyway), and while setting her down using the center jack-point yesturday I noticed the gaps in the Targa close by nearly 1/2" combined.
In other words, on the ground, gaps are perfect. When you jack up the car in the middle, the gaps spread by 1/4" front and back; set down, they close again.
Im sure the chassis was designed to do this, but holy crap! Im worried that the mileage and previous history of the car(severe track use, just what I intend ;) ) has done the chassis in.
Does anyone offer any kind of under-body structural bracing to help with rigidity?
That, or a bolt-in roll bar/cage, are there any such products? Any links or pictures?

With the targa in-place I can feel the chassis flexing around the targa with my fingertips; if its removed, it has to flex MUCH more. Needless to say, I wont be tracking the car with the targa removed...
Thanks in advance, just some new owner questions I suppose :)
