taking off the rear tail light, and fog light

How do I take the rear tail lights off pls? I think the seals have gone, its got condensation. ... actually is there a downloadable workshop manual?

Also just was wondering, in Europe we get a rear fog light in one of the tail lights, I guess in the US you get 2 reverse lights? (Cos thats the way CRXs are...)
