Taking off rubber trim seals off of OEM 02 side skirts, suggestions please

Hi, I have some 02 side skirts that I will be getting repainted. Currently there are rubber seals on the side skirts. I would like to know if I were to take them off, would I be able to re-use them? If so, is there a method or the right way of removing them off the side skirt? I was thinking about using a blow dryer to warm it up a bit so it would easily come off. Any suggestions? I circled in red the rubber trim seals I was referring to.

if you get the skirts painted then yes take them off, very carefully there is a small ammount of glue that holds them on. they rip very easy

IF YOU DONT TAKE THEM OFF------ then the paint shop will and they will be lost for ever. now it would be OK if you could get new ones from the dealership IF they are not on back order like every thing else is.

you can re-use them, but put a dab of window sealant glue dont the edge and press them on when you get them back from paint.

I just had to do this works like a charm
