Take off, hosers. Any probs importing car from Canada?

I am thinking of buying a friend's NSX who lives in Vancouver, BC. (2 NSXs are better than one!) Are there any potential problems with customs, taxes, etc? Thanks in advance for your advice.

What year is it? You may have trouble getting U.S. dealers to provide warranty repairs on a car imported from Canada.

It is out of warranty. I was mostly concerned about import duty, registration, state sales tax, etc. Thanks.
