Does anybody have the Taitec hood installed and can bring up some pics?

here is the Taitec hood but i would consider the Science of Speed carbon fiber version for half the price

Just received this part from Chris - the fit is really quite excellent!
(Awesome job on the shipping too - I was fearful re packaging but it was double boxed with a ton of pretction on the corners of the actual hood.)

Both hood fitments are great! Difference's are:

1) Taitec is made japan, has deeper vent, lighter, costs $2,128.00 for the Carbon fiber.

2) SOS/Vis hood is made in USA, smaller vent, heavier then Taitec, but costs only $795.00 :biggrin:

I had bought my hood way before SOS/VIS came out with this new hood! Good luck on your decision!

The hood on the SOS-website really looks hot if not perfectly painted: center is left carbon, the rest is red colormatched. That's really hot! Thank you very much for the high-res pic, Ken!

Probably a stock part...I dunno...check at your local Acura dealership and see if they have Integra Type-R badges...they should be the same I would think (maybe shape difference)
