How do stock NSX rear parking lights look like when on?

Does it look like this (car on left), where the turn signals are NOT illuminated:

Or does it look like this, where the turn signal sections are illuminated?

mine looks like the 2nd picture right now but I'm starting to think a previous owner may have modified the wiring.

Mine look like the red one with the license plate "MAXREV". In other words, the turn signals are off when the parking lights are on. The only time the turn signals come on is when they are flashing.

Thanks! That's what I thought. I'll have to figure out what the prior owner did.

The bulb in the turn signal socket is a single filament bulb correct?
