My left tail running night lights (2 center left bulbs) when they are turned on they are real dim, but when i apply the brake they work fine.

Turnn single works fine, and brake lights works fine.

I know its not the bulb cuase i put new ones in and it does the same thing.

KNOWN PROBLEM?

Also, what is the little computer mother board looking thing called located on each side of the tail lights?
