Sylvan Lake Run, Sunday Aug 31/2008

I am planning a run down to Sylvan Lake on Sunday Aug 31/2008.
I was hope'n to have company in the form of Edmonton, Calgary and surrounding Nsx people. Here is our chance to finally get together.
I have booked a room for sunday nite at Chateau Suites at Sylvan Lake. I will talk to management about having us park there while we group and have a few coolers. I imagine the townsite will be very busy and parking will be tough to get.
I'm thinking 1 pm is a good meet up time, but open to suggestions.
Of course arriving sooner and enjoying the lake and views is open.
I will adjust this first post as things change.

Trev - thanks for taking the initiative to setup. Thats the long weekend, Im not in town boooooo! I have friends that borrow my car now and then, maybe I can send them up to represent me

What do you think about setting up a mini meet for Sept 6th? Maybe we can meet up halfway at Sylvan or Red deer. Or maybe if you guys come down, we can hit DAM up for a free golfing all day and end it with dinner somewhere?

I'm heading to Portland for Sexpo on the morning of the 10th after the Santana concert, so this is why I'm setting this up two weeks before I go. It looks like I'm the only one going. Thanks anyways.
But for the rest of the guys, you start a new thread and set it up and see what happens.
