Do I need to take off my wheels?
Really? Are there any step by step directions out there?
When you jump under the car and take a look, you'll see It's really not hard at all.
From memory, there were 2 brackets that hold the bar up, each has 2 bolts. Losen those, then go to where the bar connects to the end-links.
There is a trick here I learned the hard way for the end-links. On the inside of the bolt connecting the end-link to the swaybar there is a hole for an allen wrench. This keeps the bolt from spinning when you losen the nut. So take those bolts off, then take off the two brackets from step 1.
Now wiggle the bar out, and you're 1/2 done.
Put silicone tape on the new bar where it will interface with the brackets. This will keep it from squeaking.
Then just go in reverse order to put the new one back in.
I'm sure everyone does, it's in the manual. the brackets are pretty low though. The end links are higher. Just peek in the manual.
