OK - I replaced a OEM suspension (shocks and springs) on a 1991 with OEM from a 2000 NSX-T (Acura dealership said it wouldn't fit - but it does and it rides/handles great). I measured the height of the wheelwells from the ground before the install. The front was raised 1/8" (no big deal). The rear brings my question. When first measured the drivers side was 1/2" higher. The new struts brought the drivers side up another 1/4" (the passenger side remained the same height). Now the drivers side is 3/4" higher than the passenger side. I've double checked all the spring mounts and they are properly seated. I did notice that the shock stops (red rubber around the shock shaft) were terribly worn on the passenger side and not so bad on the drivers side (front and rear) on the originals. All the suspension parts are original except the previous owner put polyuretheane bushings on the sway bars. The title is clear but my experience tells me that doesn't mean much since I've bought a known wrecked car in the past and it also had a clear title.
Any thoughts on the uneveness of the rear of the car?
