Anyone have any info or exp with this one? My wife and I are expecting baby numero 3 and the Tribeca looks like a good option.

I think its a great option. I am helping a friend find one for the same reason. We have had many subies, they are bulletproof('90 and newer..).

I know it is not as cool but there is nothing more functional then a Honda Minivan. My wife and I wouldn't last a week without ours and the auto sliding doors protect the NSX from dings. The new ones are especially nice.

My friend has the B9 and he loves it.
While driving it and comparing it to a Cayenne, I am glad that the Cayenne gave me an excellent tax break.

He also bought it when there was a crazy lease offer, like 299-399 per month.

The power is great, can seat 7, reliable, and it looks great.
Very functional.

Maybe you can convince my wife to drive a minivan. I have no problem with one, but this is her car.

Thanks for the info guys, one of my patients just picked one up and I was really impressed with how sharp it looked.

I looked at it several times. I was very impressed with it and the lease deal was very very good. You can get a third row, but don't plan on having any adults in the back because it is really small. It's a very small SUV, but good value and drives great. I personally like the looks which is one thing they have criticized it for.

I thought I'd stick a note in here, considering I'm driving a Subaru for now. Modern Subarus are reliable cars, excellent for their drivetrain engineering. They have always lacked in passenger comfort features, though the latest Legacy/Outback models have made huge strides forward in this department. I don't know how the B9 compares to its competition in that area. One thing that is still an issue with Subaru autos, other than the WRX models, is their lack of power in the low end of the rev range. They just feel sluggish compared to many other autos, including modern minivans. That may bother you, it may not.

I would take a look at the current issue of Consumer Reports, which is totally devoted to autos. Read up, and look at other options before buying. I bought my Outback 6 years ago, and have been pleased with it. More power would be nice, but it's certainly not a necessity for child hauling.
