In the real world the skill to parallel park does not count for much, yet perhaps this skill determines who gets a licence to drive. However, how many drivers know how to perform an emergency lane change at speed? Where would they learn this necessary skill and where would they practice it? How many have an ability to make a split second decision that can save a life? Yours, theirs, somebody else’s….<o></o>
<o> </o>
A Shocking Statistic . . . <o></o>
<o> </o>
Motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death among 15-25 year olds; more than drugs and violent crimes combined. They account for over 70% of accidental deaths each year in that age group. (Reported by Statistics <st1lace w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Canada</st1:country-region></st1lace>)<o></o>

This one-day school is no doubt of special benefit to young drivers, but let’s not kid ourselves; even the best of us can benefit from continuous learning. The Trillium Club has opened our school to ALL AGES!<o></o>
<o> </o>
The school is held on a private and closed course, in a closely supervised environment. It is supported by volunteers and sponsors who care about our communities.<o></o>
