Strange clutch squeak

I have a strange squeak coming from my clutch when the pedal is depressed. The clutch acts normal, and functions 100% properly, do I need to worry or is that normal? It is almost like a slight binding noise and it happens with the car on or off, but it hard to hear when the car is running. I believe it is a noise in the cable. I noticed it when I put the clutch in to start the car in the garage today. The car is a 94, no mods other than wheels/tire, and exhaust. Any opinions?
Thanks
Aaron

Uhhh.. the clutch is hydraulic and not cable operated. Perhaps the pedal's pivot or the clutch's throwout bearing need grease?

I had the same thing. There is a thoughout bearing shaft that needs to be greased or replaced. I replaced my clutch and it came with a new one in the kit. You can also purchase it from the acura dealer. It took care of my problem
