Stoptech BBK & Advan Model 5

Does anyone know if the older advan model 5 17x8 et38 and 17x10 et45 will clear the stoptech bbk?

I have found a used set and would like to purchase it if it clears the stoptech.

Apparently the same offset will clear stoptech bbk for the new advan model T5. I am hoping that someone here can confirm if the older model 5 will clear it too.

Rarely does anyone get the the same diameter front-rear so I think you're going to have to find out the hard way. Purchase the wheels and if they don't fit you have a couple of options.

1. Run spacers or adapters
2. Have wheels widened
3. Sell them and get wheels that fit (I may be interested in the 17x8)

chris is right on

if the guy wants to sell the wheels bad enough he should make the wheel fitment tool that stoptech has on their site and check the clearence

however, if your refering to the Advan Kreuzer V..... I had them
18x8 +38 fronts..........needed a 3mm spacer
19x10 +45 rears..........was fine by lots of room

my stoptechs are great.....just tough on wheel choices sometimes
Advan RSs or RZs are the best suited wheel
CE28n isnt too bad either.....just need the HIGH PAD option for front

I would think so as well but there's a member that had to run a 3mm spacer to clear his stop techs in the front with his 18x8 offset 38. I think it's member ozone. He may chime in.

Great memory. I probably could have used just 1MM but ended up getting 3MM spacers as they were easier to source than the 2MM spacers. Only one side in the front was touching so it's possible YMMV.
